Welcome to Microwebs. By using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

Microwebs provides website designing and development, WordPress development, digital marketing, SEO, domain registration and management, web hosting, website maintenance, technical support, IT training, and related IT services.

The exact scope of work, deliverables, fees, timelines, and other project requirements may be specified in a quotation, proposal, invoice, service agreement, or written communication between Microwebs and the customer.

2. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations are based on the requirements known at the time of quotation.

Additional work or changes outside the agreed scope may be charged separately. Prices may change if the customer changes the project requirements after approval.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, third-party charges such as domain registration, premium software, licenses, hosting infrastructure, advertising expenditure, paid plugins, themes, or other external services may be charged separately.

3. Payment

Payment terms will be communicated in the quotation, invoice, or service agreement.

For project-based services, work may begin after receipt of the required advance payment.

For recurring services such as hosting, maintenance, SEO, or digital marketing, payment may be required according to the agreed billing cycle.

Invoices should be paid by the due date specified on the invoice.

4. Website Development

Customers are responsible for providing accurate content, images, logos, credentials, business information, and other materials required for the project.

Delays in providing required information or approvals may affect the project completion date.

Unless otherwise agreed, website development includes only the features and functionality specified in the approved scope of work.

5. Digital Marketing and SEO

SEO and digital marketing results depend on numerous factors, including search engine algorithms, competition, industry conditions, advertising platforms, website quality, and customer requirements.

Microwebs does not guarantee a specific search engine ranking, traffic level, number of leads, sales, or advertising result unless specifically agreed in writing.

Advertising budgets paid to third-party advertising platforms are separate from Microwebs’ service fees unless otherwise stated.

6. Domain and Hosting Services

Domain registration, renewal, transfer, and hosting services may involve third-party providers.

Domain names remain subject to the policies and availability of the applicable domain registrar or registry.

Customers are responsible for renewing domains and services when applicable. Where Microwebs manages renewals on behalf of a customer, the applicable renewal charges will be communicated to the customer.

7. IT Training

Training schedules, duration, course content, fees, and delivery method will be communicated before enrollment.

Training materials provided by Microwebs may not be reproduced, resold, or redistributed without written permission.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate information and must have the necessary rights or permissions for content, images, software, trademarks, documents, and other materials supplied to Microwebs.

Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of their own data unless backup services are specifically included in the service agreement.

9. Intellectual Property

Ownership of custom website work, design elements, source code, content, and other deliverables will be determined by the applicable quotation or service agreement.

Third-party themes, plugins, software, stock images, fonts, and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licenses.

10. Service Suspension

Microwebs may suspend services where invoices remain unpaid, where continued service would violate applicable laws or third-party policies, or where necessary to protect systems and customers.

Reasonable notice will normally be provided where practical.

11. Limitation of Liability

Microwebs will make reasonable efforts to provide services professionally and in accordance with the agreed scope.

Microwebs is not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including third-party service outages, hosting failures, domain registry issues, search engine algorithm changes, advertising platform decisions, cyberattacks, or customer actions.
