By accessing our websites, engaging our services, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any applicable product-specific terms.
1. Business Information and Services
Microwebs is a sole proprietorship operating in India and provides website design and development, WordPress development, digital marketing, SEO, domain registration and management, web hosting, website maintenance, technical support, IT training, software development, and related IT services.
Microwebs also develops and operates VisaFiles (https://visafiles.in), a subscription-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for education consultants, study-abroad agencies, and related organizations.
VisaFiles provides student case management, application tracking, document management, visa documentation preparation, and compliance workflow assessment tools.
The scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines for project-based services may be specified separately in quotations, proposals, invoices, agreements, or written communications.
2. Quotations and Pricing
Quotations for project-based services are based on requirements known at the time of quotation. Additional work or changes outside the agreed scope may incur separate charges.
Third-party expenses, including domain registration, hosting infrastructure, advertising budgets, premium software, licenses, plugins, and themes, may be charged separately unless expressly included.
VisaFiles subscription prices, billing periods, included features, and applicable charges will be displayed on its pricing or checkout pages.
Any applicable taxes will be disclosed in accordance with Indian law.
3. Payments and Billing
Payments for Microwebs services are governed by the applicable quotation, invoice, or service agreement.
VisaFiles subscriptions are billed according to the plan and billing period selected by the customer.
Payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment service providers, including Zoho Payments.
Microwebs is the business operating VisaFiles and may appear as the merchant name on payment records or bank statements.
Subscription activation is subject to successful payment confirmation and completion of applicable account requirements.
Where automatic recurring billing is offered, the renewal amount, frequency, authorization, and cancellation arrangements will be disclosed before the customer authorizes recurring payments.
4. Website Development
Customers must provide accurate content, images, logos, credentials, business information, and other materials required for their projects.
Delays in providing information or approvals may affect completion dates.
Unless otherwise agreed, development includes only the features specified in the approved scope of work.
5. Digital Marketing and SEO
Digital marketing results depend on factors including competition, search engine algorithms, advertising platforms, and market conditions.
Microwebs does not guarantee particular search rankings, traffic levels, leads, or sales unless specifically agreed in writing.
Third-party advertising expenditure is separate unless otherwise stated.
6. Domain and Hosting Services
Domain registration, renewal, transfers, and hosting may involve third-party providers and their respective terms.
Customers are responsible for applicable renewals and charges. Where Microwebs manages renewals, the relevant fees will be communicated.
7. IT Training
Training schedules, duration, course content, fees, and delivery methods will be communicated before enrollment.
Training materials may not be reproduced, resold, or redistributed without written permission.
8. VisaFiles SaaS Subscriptions
VisaFiles provides access to software functionality according to the customer’s selected subscription plan.
Features, usage limits, account permissions, and subscription charges may differ between plans.
Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account details, safeguarding login credentials, and ensuring that authorized users comply with these Terms.
Subscription access may be limited or suspended in cases of non-payment, misuse, security threats, or violation of applicable laws, subject to reasonable notice where practical.
Subscription cancellation, renewal, and refunds are governed by the published Refund & Cancellation Policy and the terms disclosed at checkout.
9. VisaFiles — Educational and Immigration Disclaimer
VisaFiles is a software and documentation management platform. It is not a government agency, embassy, immigration authority, university, or official visa verification service.
VisaFiles does not independently authenticate immigration documents, language-test certificates, financial records, university offers, or visa decisions.
Compliance assessments, readiness indicators, calculations, and generated dossiers are informational tools based on available information and configured rules.
Customers must independently confirm current requirements with relevant universities, government authorities, and qualified professionals where appropriate.
VisaFiles does not guarantee admission, visa issuance, immigration approval, or any particular application outcome.
10. Customer Responsibilities and Data
Customers must provide accurate information and have the necessary rights, permissions, and lawful basis to upload, store, and process information through Microwebs services or VisaFiles.
Agencies and authorized users are responsible for obtaining any required permissions or consents relating to student and third-party personal information.
Customers must not upload unlawful material, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform security, or misuse the services.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy and data protection laws.
11. Intellectual Property
Ownership of custom development deliverables is determined by the applicable service agreement.
VisaFiles software, branding, platform design, proprietary functionality, and related intellectual property remain the property of Microwebs or its applicable licensors.
A subscription grants customers a limited right to use the platform during the authorized subscription period. It does not transfer ownership of the software.
Customers retain their rights in the information and documents they lawfully provide to the platform.
Third-party software and materials remain subject to their respective licenses.
12. Availability, Maintenance and Service Suspension
Microwebs will make reasonable efforts to maintain service availability and address technical issues.
Services may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, security measures, technical failures, or circumstances outside reasonable control.
Microwebs may suspend or restrict services for non-payment, unlawful activity, security threats, or material violations of these Terms.
Where practical and appropriate, reasonable notice will be provided.
13. Limitation of Liability
Microwebs will make reasonable efforts to provide services professionally and with appropriate care.
Microwebs does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of websites, hosting services, or software platforms.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Microwebs is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from third-party failures, customer actions, inaccurate information supplied by customers, or decisions made by external institutions or authorities.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or customer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
14. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility for project-based services, recurring services, and VisaFiles subscriptions are governed by the applicable published Refund & Cancellation Policy and any specific terms disclosed before purchase.
Customers may contact the designated support channel to request cancellation, report billing errors, or seek an eligible refund.
Any approved refunds will be processed through an authorized payment method in accordance with applicable law and payment-provider requirements.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Disputes should initially be raised through Microwebs’ published customer support channels so that reasonable efforts can be made to resolve them.
Any unresolved disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts under applicable Indian law, including any mandatory consumer-protection provisions.
16. Changes to These Terms
Microwebs may update these Terms to reflect changes in services, technology, business practices, or legal requirements.
Updated Terms will be published with the applicable revision date. Material changes affecting existing subscriptions will be communicated where required by law or applicable agreements.
