1. Service-Based Nature
All services provided by Microwebs are digital and customized, therefore refunds are limited.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds will not be provided for:

Domain registrations, hosting, renewals, or third-party purchases

SEO, marketing, or advertising services already initiated

Monthly maintenance or support plans after activation
3. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be considered only if:

The project has not started

No resources or licenses have been allocated

A written refund request is submitted within 3 days of payment
Approval of partial refunds is at Microwebs’ sole discretion.
4. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation by emailing support@microwebs.co.in

Ongoing projects will be billed for work completed up to the cancellation date

Monthly or annual services must be cancelled at least 7 days before renewal
No refunds will be issued for missed cancellation requests.
5. Payment Disputes
Chargebacks or payment disputes raised without prior communication may result in:
