  • Timelines are estimates and depend on client inputs and approvals

  • Delays caused by missing content, approvals, or payments are not our responsibility

  • Urgent or fast-track work may involve additional charges

5. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, the client owns the final approved website or deliverables

  • Microwebs retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios and case studies

  • Third-party tools, themes, plugins, or licenses remain subject to their respective owners’ terms

6. Third-Party Services

Microwebs may integrate or recommend third-party services (hosting providers, plugins, payment gateways, APIs, etc.). We are not responsible for outages, changes, or failures caused by third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

Microwebs shall not be liable for:

  • Business loss, revenue loss, or data loss

  • Website downtime caused by hosting providers or external factors

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.
