At Microwebs, we value transparency and customer satisfaction. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before making any purchase.


1. Service-Based Nature

All services provided by Microwebs are digital and customized, therefore refunds are limited.


2. Refund Policy

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Website design or development once work has started

  • Domain registrations, hosting, renewals, or third-party purchases

  • SEO, marketing, or advertising services already initiated

  • Monthly maintenance or support plans after activation


3. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be considered only if:

  • The project has not started

  • No resources or licenses have been allocated

  • A written refund request is submitted within 3 days of payment

Approval of partial refunds is at Microwebs’ sole discretion.


4. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may request cancellation by emailing support@microwebs.co.in

  • Ongoing projects will be billed for work completed up to the cancellation date

  • Monthly or annual services must be cancelled at least 7 days before renewal

No refunds will be issued for missed cancellation requests.


5. Payment Disputes

Chargebacks or payment disputes raised without prior communication may result in:

  • Immediate service suspension

  • Permanent account termination

We encourage clients to contact us first for resolution.


6. Changes to This Policy

Microwebs reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
